First time ordering here after reading the reviews on Yelp. I will say the food is excellent, I ordered the Mobtown Classic and the jalapeño, bacon mac and cheese. The sandwich was huge and tasty, the bread lightly toasted. The mac and cheese was filling and the combination of the jalapeño and bacon worked perfectly. However the only gripe I have, is the delivery time. It took over an hour and 15 minutes and I'm 2 miles away. But too be fair, it's freezing and the roads are a mess. Great food, will definitely be ordering from here again!!!

In the words of my husband "I am just touched". This place makes me want to call all my burger joints and tell them it's time to step up your game. Um yeah..... I am speechless. So we heard about this place via NPR. And so we drove all the way out to Perry Hall to try the burger we heard about. So hubby goes in and looks at the menu and the burger was no where in it. He explains to the lady that we can all te way there to try the advertised burger. She said OH sir you are looking for the secret menu. She commences to pull out a sheet of paper with a list of the most amazing compilations one could think. So hubby and I shared.....are you ready???.....a Kobe beef burger with caramelized onions some type of thousand island dressing NOT on a bun, but rather in between TWO grilled cheese sandwiches. Not only does this place Have To be featured at the next yelp elite event!!!!! At which I will be 10 lbs heavier. I haven't even talked about the fries in duck fat yet. Yes! With chives and Parmesan on them. Filled with gratitude. You need to get there now!

So, to start off, let me say this: I saw some two star reviews on here talking about price. What? It's 8.50 to 10.00 for most things on the menu. The things that are more expensive than that include a Bison burger, which is pretty much what you'd expect to pay. The lunchmeat is Boar's Head, which is great and known for being pricey. The other stuff is usually select cuts of meat, hell the burger is from a local beef farm (Roseda). It's more than worth the money. The fact that somebody said they'd rather go to Royal Farms means they just don't get it. That's fine, for them, but for me, I can taste the difference. Okay, so now that my rant is done, on to my actual review (not that the stuff I wrote wasn't a review): This place is great! Like I said above, select choices of meats. They also seem to buy their own veggies from local sources when in-season (their tomatoes on their sandwiches are always grrrrreat). The prices are what you'd expect for a place of this quality. The service? I don't really know - we ordered delivery at work and so all we know is that. The delivery guy is nice and loves coming to our office. So far I've had had the Roseda farms burger, the chicken salad on croissant, and duck fat fries (with parmesan). All of these were exactly as described and tasted amazing. They were worth the money. If you're in the area and you don't mind paying for quality, check this place out!

Every week or 2 me, my wife, and our 2 kids make sure we pay a visit to Ravage Deli. Not one thing on the menu will disappoint. My favorite of all would be the BBQ Brisket Panini, which is an off-menu item, but Aaron gladly always makes for me and the wife. This is my all time favorite place to eat for sure!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for the first time. Seating is limited in this tiny shop, but clean and well maintained. They have a large, extensive menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, mac & cheese, etc. Everything sounded awesome and I had a very hard time making a choice. I ended up getting the seasonal side salad and the turkey ruben. Side salad was amazingly fresh and the dressing I chose, blackberry vinaigrette, was pretty solid. The salad was quite massive for it being a side salad, so I could only eat half of my sandwich. However, I had great leftovers for later. My dining partner ended up getting the Italian sandwich, I forget the name, but he did find it rather enjoyable. We split an order of the duck fat fries, which I found to be just alright, but my partner liked them. I don't like the cheese that comes on the fries, so I think I would like them better without that. Glad we finally decided to try this place out and look forward to coming back.

I was home visiting family and I came across this great deli. Tucked away in a shopping plaza it's hard to miss but look for the sign. Friendly staff and limited seating. The menu has a lot of influences from crab meat, the many reasons why I love Maryland. From crab Mac and cheese to crab meat stacked on top of deli sandwiches. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the Marylander with duck fat fries. The cheesesteak was average but was delicious. The Marylander was stacked with roast beef and slathered with crab dip. This sandwich was awesome. Many things on the menu that I wished I could've ordered but I will be back!

I got the "Build your own sandwich" hoagie roll with turkey, prosciutto, herbed boursin cheese, arugula, tomato, carmelized onions, garlic aioli, and avocado. It was delicious. The hoagie roll tasted really great. The ratio of ingredients was great as well. I tasted everything that I built on that sandwich. This place is worth checking out! I will be recommending this place to my friends.

Ravage Deli, where have you been all my life? I found this place on yelp and who knew it was around the corner? I got the crab salad on croissant and it supersedes any crab sandwich I've EVER had! The duck fries and coleslaw did NOT disappoint. What a neat gourmet sandwich shop in perry hall. My only critique would be the bag that my pickup order was placed in. Plastic? Really? The bag turned my food upside down. I will be back to try the Reuben.

Custom subs all day long! This is the best deli in Maryland. The quality of ingredients is amazing, the different options are on point. Always leave this place with a big smile, if you are a fan of unique or traditional subs. A must try, something for everyone. Ask about the secret menu.

Ravage Deli is a gem! Their food is outstanding, from make your own sandwiches/subs to their specialities, everything is always delicious! I do not live in the Perry hall area but when I am here I always stop to get ravage, they're one of a kind. Many places these days don't take their time to make a great sandwhich but at ravage they do. Great customer service and staff too! A must try, you won't be disappointed!!

While running a few errands out in Perry Hall, my friend and I got hungry for lunch. My friend suggested Ravage Deli, she works nearby and has heard plenty of great things about this little deli. It even won best deli in Baltimore in 2013. That information by itself was enough and we headed over. The space is small, but the menu is expansive. We decided to start with an order of Duck Fat Fries and this was a great decision. These fries were hand cut and then fried in duck fat and topped with parmesan, cracked pepper and chives. We shared a small, which was more than plenty, but I couldn't help feeling disappointed when we finished the dish because they were delicious. My friend decided to order the Angus Chili because it was a special when we visited. The chili wasn't too spicy but packed with plenty of ground beef, beans and other spices and then topped with a light sprinkling of cheese. It was the perfect dish on a cold winter day. My friend also ordered a Grilled Cheese, at Ravage Deli you can customize your grilled cheese by choosing the bread and cheese. My friend chose texas toast topped with American cheese. While this may be the most boring grilled cheese combination someone can invent, it was still very good and satisfied my friends craving. For my meal, I went with the Slow Cooked Beef Brisket Sandwich. The sandwich came with house smoked beef brisket, Vermont cheddar cheese, crispy fried shallots, tangy barbeque sauce, on a toasted brioche bun. This sandwich was great and I'd drive out to Perry Hall for another one in an instant. If you're looking for a great deli in Baltimore County, Ravage Deli is sure to have something to delight your senses.

I've past this deli many times and never even notice it until my sister suggested we try their food. Everything on their menu sounds delicious and looks really good. And they have Duck Fat Fries, I've always wanted to try these fries. I will definitely get them next time. I ordered the Sourdough Turkey Melt, and it was huge. I ate half of the sandwhich and was stuffed, but that was fine by me because I had lunch the next day. The Sourdough Turkey Melt is so flavorful with its Turkey, Bacon, Asiago cheese, Mixed Greens, Tomoatoes, and Red Onions. I will definitely be ordering from Ravage Deli again to try more food on their menu.

I like the concept of using good quality meat (Boar's Head) in their sandwiches. If you start with a good product, your end result is bound to be decent. I will say, if you go with a friend, split a sandwich. These things were monstrous. We did a roast beef sandwich with crab dip on top, which sounds fantastic, right? The only issue we found was that as the sandwich cooled, the flavors began to meld together and the best way I have to explain that is the sandwich began to taste "brown" in that, all colors mixed together lose their essence. When it was hot is was outstanding. My husband had an Italian which was served hot and it was much better cooling than the crab sandwich. We also ordered duck fat fries, which I honestly felt didn't taste TOO different from normal fries, other than they seemed a bit heavier in the grease department. All of this food came to roughly $20, and we only were able to eat half of everything in front of us, so it became 2 meals. If I were in Perry Hall and needed a quick lunch I would check this place out again.

This place rocks. I had the Philly Cheesesteak, and the duck fat fries. Other people I was with had the Mobster, the Cuban, and the brisket sandwich. Everyone said they were delicious. The Bacon Jalepeno Mac and cheese is great as well. For a no-nonsense place with lots of attitude and local spirit, you can't beat Ravage.

Great eats! Not disappointed at all! Had a grass fed cheeseburger with a delicious spicy Colby Jack, the famous duck fat fried Parmesan French fries, and wrapped up wih a moist and rich black bottom cupcake. Absolutely yum! Definitely my go-to sandwich shop in the Perry Hall area- there are SOOOO many dishes I wanna try! Check out my pics- the proof is in the tasty pudding!

Can't say enough about how much I love this food. Far and away the best deli in the Baltimore area. Sandwiches are outstanding and huge! Prices are a little high but you cant beat the quality of things like The Noble Pig, the bacon wrapped meatloaf, the po boy's. Just amazing. And their daily specials are almost always something different and equally as good as the regular menu items. Owners and staff are super friendly and always there to help! A few tables in the front to eat at, but definitely more of a take out place. Oh and I will attempt and conquer their "Ravager Challenge". A 3 1/2 pound NOble Pig sandwich and a bucket of duck fat fries!

  • Andrea C.

I was highly impressed. Very clean and the guys working there had a lot of fun talking to my 3 year old while we waited for our food. My sourdough turkey was delicious. My hubby thought they put to much oil in his bread. We will definitely go back!!

  • Rob S.

You seriously cannot go wrong picking anything on the menu. The Noble Pig and the Boursin Turkey Club are among my favorites. Their jalapeño and bacon Mac n cheese is killer. I love this place so much I tell my coworkers in Annapolis to make their way up to visit it. Lucky for me I love 1 mile from them.

Good Googly Moogly! If you have not tried the bacon wrapped meatloaf in between two grilled cheese sandwiches.....well, you are missing one of the great wonders of the world. Ravage Deli...the name does not does it justice. This is not your ordinary sandwich shop. Their menu is higher end than what you would find at a normal sandwich joint (what sandwich shop you know serves duck fat fries?). The previous reviews to this establishment are spot on and if you are looking for something out of the ordinary, get down to Perry Hall and check these guys out!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and found myself ordering the Pulled Pork Sandwich over the Beef Brisket Sandwich. The Pulled Pork was definitely flavorful, but a little dry to me. I regret not getting the Beef Brisket when I saw my brother and my cousin's bf order it. I didn't taste it, but it looked good and was stuffed with a lot of meat, which is always a plus in my book. Overall, it's a good place for a quick delicious looking sandwich. I'll definitely get that Beef Brisket Sandwich the next time I find myself there.

Yelp has been knocking it out of the park for me recently. Thanks to you all for pointing me towards this AWESOME PLACE. It was so good that I've been back 2 days in a row, and brought my wife the second time. The first time, I ordered the beef brisket sandwich, as Anne S. suggested (review 2/9/13), and BOY was she right. The sandwich was delicious, BBQ sauce tangy as advertised, with melted cheddar on a toasted roll. Unless you have a big, big appetite, the regular size is probably the correct one for a single person. I can't say that I've had too many memorable sandwiches recently, but this was definitely a memorable sandwich!! The next day (when I brought my wife), I had the cheesesteak -- which was good, but not a sensory experience like the beef brisket. My wife, though, ordered the pulled pork with NC-style sauce, which was RIDICULOUSLY good. The pork was tender, flavorful, and the sauce was not overpowering or over the top -- just right. We shared a basket (regular sized) of the hand-cut fries, which were delicious. Just as good as Five Guys' hand-cut fries, and maybe better. I probably drove past Ravage Deli for 4 months before reading the Yelp reviews and deciding to give it a try. Thanks for pointing me to another awesome find!! I will probably go again tomorrow or Thursday, since I'm sitting here at 11pm writing this review and salivating.

First time for delivery and it was as delicious as eat in!! Fast delivery and the food is the freshest in Perry Hall!! Oh, the French Fries are almost a Ocean City Thrasher's childhood memory. Thanks Ravage! Will pass on the good word of your delicious fresh food!!

  • Nick K.

Hands down one of the best sub shops in the area. Everything i've ordered has been great, I especially love the Noble Pig. The sea-salt fries are great. They have recently updated their website, but the old website teased "Online Ordering". That would make this place perfect.

My Husband and I are fans of Ravage. I love the Mobtown Classic and the Mac and Cheese dishes. One piece of constructive criticism- please please do something about your wings. This is the third time I've ordered in hopes they would be better. I even asked for them to be wet! They are over cooked and do not have enough sauce (hardly any sauce at all!). They are way too dry for the price. If you fix that you'll be golden!

We found Ravage thanks to Yelp! This place was amazing they delivered to the field we were playing at with more food than we could eat! We had the caprese salad that was just to die for, along with a house salad that had homemade ranch and italian dressing that I am dying to have again, not to mention the best sandwiches one with turkey and bacon that was just wonderful,. We gave our last tray and salad to the college coaches at the event and they were gone in seconds!

5 stars! I'm new to the baltimore scene and I have been struggling to find a sandwich shop that matches my tastes. Lucky for me there is this little gem close to my house. Today I tried on of the specials and it was amazing. The flatbread was crisp, even though there was a good amount of sauce. The greens were fresh and the chicken and bacon were cooked perfectly. Consider this the first of many repeat visits.

  • Patti L.

Yes, 5 stars! This is based on the fact that they are a deli, a fantastic deli. I went here last week based on the Yelp reviews. I was craving a BLT and was overjoyed to get the BEST BLT I have ever eaten. Fresh lettuce, tomato, bread was wonderful. Bacon out of this world! I cannot wait to go back again. This sandwich will not stop haunting my memories and taste buds! This is a must try place serving top of the line food!

Ravage Deli consistently has the best food in town. I love the make your own sandwich option and tend to go that route. The staff is always kind and seem very passionate about good food, which I think is why the food always feels like it was made with love! Their delivery service is timely and professional. I've even used their catering option for a business lunch and they were very thorough and professional. Some complain about the prices being too high, but given that they use fresh and homemade or locally acquired ingredients, I think their prices are justified. Sure, the deli at Royal Farms has lower prices but you have to wonder what the heck is in those sandwiches!

Great place for fast and amazing food (duck fries are additive!) Best place to grab some fantastic food without breaking your pockets!! Staff & owners are really friendly too :)

Great place to eat in Perry Hall! I've been here about a dozen times and have never left disappointed. Great variety of sandwiches, quick and friendly service, and large portion sizes for the cost. The ingredients are always fresh as they use local sources for their meats, bread, etc. You can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches or the endless options on their "build your own" sandwich menu. I will definitely continue to visit this place!

This place is the Bomb! Stopped by at lunch one day and picked up their steak burrito. I thought I would eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. This thing was Huge..... It was so good I didn't even hit the beltway and my lunch and my dinner was gone. Their hot SAUCE is even home made. Not overpowering, but just right. Congrats on your new business! You will do well!

This is the most delicious deli that hits the spot every time. We probably order dinner from here every other week if not every week. Check out their daily specials though there regular menu is plenty good on its own. We have had everything here soup, salad, wings (not the best in my opinion), fries, sandwiches, chicken tenders, and Mac n cheese. Try everything! You won't be disappointed.

I am very sad to write this review. After reading the very positive reviews I felt I may have found a gem and was looking forward to spreading the word. I came last Saturday with a large appetite so I ordered their burger special with pulled pork, crispy onions, apple smoked bacon, & cheddar. It. was. disgusting. I'll start with the burger. Some places can perfect the art of cooking a medium-well burger and not have it turn out dry and hard. This is not one of those places. and that is ok, just tell me it will turn out rock hard and flavorless and I'll gladly order something else. The burger meat was by far the worst part of this sandwich-hard, dry, bland. The pulled pork did not taste fresh or as if it was made in house. It tasted like it came from a can and it was extremely mushy. Didn't hold a candle to Mission BBQ's pulled pork (down the street). The bacon was very greasy (as it should be) but it was not tasty. I didn't even know that was possible. Overall the whole sandwich lacked flavor and juiciness, yet was very greasy- a very unpleasing combination. I shouldn't have to drench an $11 burger with ketchup in attempt to make it palatable. I ended up throwing out 60% of it and actually lost my appetite for the rest of the day. My bf ordered the beef brisket and his experience was a little more favorable although he felt the beef on its own was not very flavorful. This all being said, my food experience was really a 1 star at best. However the service was pretty good and I feel this place has a lot of potential. I'm sure their other offerings are good, but I cannot recommend the burger.

I can not recommend any of their food because ALL of it is delicious! We order at work at least once a week. I am still working my way through the menu. Never had a bad or even mediocre meal from here. It's all delicious. Can't rave about this place enough!

  • Becca P.

Awesome little sandwich place tucked away in a small shopping strip. Their sandwiches are pretty big and they serve Boars Head meats and cheeses. Absolutely the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. So tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items!

    (5)
  • Jackie D.

Yikes the food at ravage is way overpriced! I was shocked at how much we paid for a few sandwiches. The service was ok, not great, and the sandwiches were so so. I would rather have royal farms deli!

There are too many Chinese and Pizza places around the area so I wanted to try out something different. I came upon this place and saw the great reviews people made. So I decided to order from them twice in 2 days. Was it worth it? Well let's see! First time I ordered, the guy was cool and told me what was popular and recommended me some stuff to get. So I went with what he said and got The Marylander, Duck fat fries, and the Mobtown Classic. Delivery came at a reasonable time. The Marylander was great. Flavorful and hearty. However, I couldn't taste any of the lump crab dip that was supposedly in the sub. None. I tried to focus on that flavor and I couldn't. Maybe my tongue is still healing from all those years of smoking and drinking? Either way I couldn't taste it. I was sad.... :( The duck fat fries were pretty good. Should have gotten their regular fries and compared the differences. The Mobtown Classic was on POINT. From the sauce to their salami and smoked ham. So good! So I decided to order from them again and try something else. I ordered the Noble Pig, Jalapeño Mac N Cheese, and a San Pellegrino bottle. Delivery came about an hour and 20 minutes later. Then when i got the order, they forgot to give me my bottle. The delivery guy said he'll come back and give it to me, which then I said it's okay. I was just so hungry that I didn't care at the moment, just wanted the food.... The food..... o_o But he insisted so I accepted. He didn't come until another half hour later which then I already finished eating my food. But to the food! The Noble Pig was AMAZING. All that pork with the aioli and the bread. The textures were so good. But when I tried the mac n cheese, it was below average. It was basically regular mac n cheese with slices of jalapeño on em. There is only 1 place that had Mac N Cheese please my taste buds. Oh and then when I finally got my bottle of San Pellegrino, it was really warm. Like it's been sitting out in the sun for an hour. Food was hit and miss, depending on what you got. 4 stars. The first delivery was fast but the second wasn't + the drink situation. 3 stars. 3.5 stars so I'm going to round it up to 4. Maybe when I order from them again, their service and food will be more consistent. If that happens, an update will come up soon!

Delicious food. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because they are kind of pricey. Be aware that their evening hours are limited.

There was absolutely nothing negative about this place. My wife and I are currently trying different places, a food tour if you will. This place came up on our radar as a nice spot to try. I ordered the venison burger with the duck fat fries. I can tell without a doubt these fries are the best I have ever ordered. The seasoning is all through every single fry, just delicious. The burger was equally as good. I originally ordered the Kobe burger, but they had just ran out. I didn't mind, because that is a sign that things are being cooked fresh and the food is desired. The bread on the burger was soft and complimented the burger well. I would suggest to order yours medium because mine barely had any pink in it. I usually like mine a little bit more juicy, but no complaints here. I will defiantly out a star next this spot

Yikes the food at ravage is way overpriced! I was shocked at how much we paid for a few sandwiches. The service was ok, not great, and the sandwiches were so so. I would rather have royal farms deli!

I was highly impressed. Very clean and the guys working there had a lot of fun talking to my 3 year old while we waited for our food. My sourdough turkey was delicious. My hubby thought they put to much oil in his bread. We will definitely go back!!

I can not recommend any of their food because ALL of it is delicious! We order at work at least once a week. I am still working my way through the menu. Never had a bad or even mediocre meal from here. It's all delicious. Can't rave about this place enough!
